Rand’s Educational Foundation is sad to report the recent death of Brian Frederick, who has acted as the Clerk to the Foundation since 2002. Brian amassed a wealth of knowledge about the Foundation during his time as Clerk; assisted many of the young people who have received grants during this period as well as ably supporting the governors. His loss will be keenly felt by all that knew him. The governors, both past and present offer their sincere condolences to Brian’s family.
